Adviza is a charity for all young people and adults to help them make better decisions that enable them to progress in learning and work and achieve their full potential, in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire.
Adviza is a registered charity that inspires and supports young people and adults to progress in learning and work. They aim to raise people’s aspirations, motivate them to achieve their full potential and support them when they have to make key decisions about their future. The work they do can help transform lives and we never forget it.
Their clients can be any individual or group of people needing professional, impartial careers information, advice and guidance - or intensive support - to help them achieve their full potential.
- They provide intensive support programmes to help people overcome barriers to progression in learning and work, funded through public bodies, local authorities and other agencies
- They deliver the National Careers Service contract in the South West and Oxfordshire Region, providing free, impartial careers advice to adults
- They work in partnership with schools and colleges providing careers information, advice and guidance for pupils
- They produce the school careers resources eCLIPS and Careers Planet
- They offer paid-for services for individuals including careers guidance sessions and Morrisby assessments, and have a bursary scheme so those who are eligible can get these free of charge.
