Free, short, fun taster dance classes to raise money for The Dementia Society
As part of the national Let’s Dance! campaign spearheaded by Angela Rippon, I am hosting a series of dance classes for young and old (anyone over the age of 10 welcome) - come along for as long as you like. There will be tap, salsa, Scottish county dancing, and Flexercise (dance and movement for exercise) classes. All we are asking is for donations to charity and for people to have fun together and learn about dance as a way to keep fit and healthy! There will be teas and coffees available.
