If you have or are currently supporting someone in addiction, you are welcome here too.
Run by qualified run leaders and support runners, this group is open to all abilities and levels.
We meet outside Costa on Bedgrove and stay for a coffee and chat after our run.
We also have Couch to 5K on a Tuesday at 6.30pm (check Facebook group for info on new course dates)
