Christmas Magic

Empowerment exhibition coming to Aylesbury

It's promoting body confidence and well-being, and will raise money for hospice care in Bucks.

'Love Through the Lens' is an exhibition of photos from Hannah Martinig, and will also feature guest speakers and workshops designed to encourage everyone to embrace their bodies. Hannah, from Aylesbury, has wanted to hold such an event for several years, but was eventually inspired to quit her job in the corporate world and focus on photography full time after a photo shoot with cancer sufferer Sharon Berry-Rothero.

Sadly Sharon passed away after the shoot, but her pictures will form part of the exhibition.

We've been finding out more about the evening, and why it's so important to Hannah:

The empowerment evening is on Thursday 14th March from 7pm at the Library Bar, Aylesbury, and is raising money in memory of Sharon for the Florence Nightingale Hospice.
