The latest data from New Automotive, an independent transport research group supporting the uptake of electric vehicles in the UK, shows that sales of electric vehicles now represent 14% of the total market in Bucks and Beds.
We've been talking to Ben Nelmes, who is Head of Public Policy at New Automotive, who tells us more about the increase in popularity of electric cars, and how charging them shouldn't be an issue:
