Aqib Jawaid, aged 24, of Deeds Grove, High Wycombe, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession with intent to supply class A drugs – namely crack cocaine and heroin, and one count each of; dangerous driving, driving without a license and driving whilst uninsured.
Jawaid was remanded in custody to be sentenced at Aylesbury Crown Court on a date yet to be determined.
The conviction relates to offences that took place on 20 July this year.
Officers were driving along Green Street when they saw Jawaid driving in attempt to avoid them, nearly crashing into a shop and a parked car, without a license and no insurance.
Once Jawaid was detained, he has found in possession of crack cocaine and a key for a second vehicle. A quantity of heroin was located in the second vehicle.
Investigating officer, PC Ben Pearmain, of the Stronghold Team based at High Wycombe police station, said: “Aqib Jawaid was found with a quantity of drugs on him, and his driving appeared he was trying to avoid police.
“He has pleaded guilty at the earliest opportunity and this is due to the hard work and dedication of the Stronghold team who are committed to stamping out this type of activity within the Thames Valley area.
