Older people in Buckinghamshire are being encouraged to stay connected as the winter nights continue.
AgeUK is hoping keeping in touch with loved ones - even remotely - can help fight off loneliness that can occur during cold dark nights.
They want people to try and stay connected as the cold and dark evenings continue - even if that's just with a phone call to a loved one.
Locals are also being encouraged to stay healthy by eating well and staying focused with a hobby or a film.
