Almost 100 Bucks households become homeless during COVID

Bucks Council say the number of people being offered temporary accommodation has gone up by almost a quarter during the pandemic.

95 households are being given a roof over their heads by the authority as a result of the pandemic.

That brings the overall number of people in temporary housing in Bucks to 339.

Statistics also suggest that three people are currently sleeping rough in the county.

Bucks council say they are aware of who they are and have offered them a roof over their head.
