Remy Green, aged 27, was sentenced to a year and three months in prison at Amersham Crown Court on Wednesday (6/4) after he pleaded guilty to two counts of possession with intent to supply class A drugs, namely cocaine and heroin.

At just before 4.20pm on 23 January 2020, officers attempted to stop a vehicle on Priory Road, the vehicle then drove off and two men, one of which was Green, ran from the vehicle.

The pair were detained nearby and arrested for drug offences.

Following a search of Green’s property in Priory Avenue, High Wycombe, officers located quantities of heroin and crack cocaine, valued at £2,700.

Investigating officer PC John Watson, of the Stronghold team, based at High Wycombe police station, said: “We will never tolerate drug-dealing in our communities and I hope this conviction and sentence sends a clear message to anybody involved in this criminal activity in High Wycombe that we will robustly target you and bring you to justice.

“County lines drug dealers target the most vulnerable in our society and we remain absolutely resolute in our determination to remove them, and their drugs, from our communities and protect victims.

“Tackling county lines drug-dealing continues to need the support of the public.
