Police in Aylesbury are appealing for information following a number of incidents.
Officers have received reports that there is a woman going door to door in the Aylesbury area asking for money, stating that she has broken down or needs to get a taxi.
She is described as between 35 and 40 years old, of large build, with dark hair.
Police say if you see this woman, or she knocks on your door, please call 999.
