As Bucks Radio continues to highlight Children's Mental Health Week, we spoke to the Head of Counselling at Youth concern based in Aylesbury.
Paul Doble told us all about the charity:
"We're an Aylesbury based charity that has been supporting young people between the ages of 13 and 25 since 1979.
Theres three parts to youth concern, hour drop in centre, our counselling service and our supported housing project.
We provide holistic support to young people, which means whatever you're going through, we'll go through it with you."
Data has shown that 50% of those with lifetime mental health problems first experience symptoms by the age of 14, Paul told us about the the issues young people face, and how Youth Concern can help.

If you’re feeling a little lost and in need of support, you can give Youth Concern a call or pop into their Uptown Coffee Bar and have a chat with one of the team. There’s no form filling, just a warm welcome, a cup of tea, and help and advice if you need it.
Their purpose is to be there for and respond to vulnerable young people, you can find out more about them at https://www.youthconcern.org.uk
