Bucks Fire and Rescue kept busy by flurry of outdoor fires

Despite the temperatures cooling down slightly Bucks fire and Rescue are still being kept busy.

Over the space of two days, they attended 3 outdoor fires.

At 9:20 PM on Tuesday 23 August, One appliance and crew from High Wycombe attended a fire in a bush on King Street, Piddington.

Then not even 24 hours later at 11:05 AM on Wednesday 24 August, they were called to Bridge Bank Close, Loudwater to a fire to leaves and trees.

Finally at 4:08 PM on Wednesday 24 August, Bucks Fire crews and Police attended an area of grass, around 100 metres squared, that was on fire.

It comes as all Bucks emergency services have issued warnings and advice on fire safety during these hotter climates.
