As It's national volunteer week, we have been speaking to different organisations in bucks to find out what it really means to be a volunteer in your local area.
Today, we spoke to Fiona Phimester, who is a volunteer for Macmillan Cancer Support. Fiona says volunteering in the area can be an amazing experience.
"I would encourage anybody to get involved with fundraising and volunteering, especially if its something close to your heart or something that really makes a difference locally.
It just gives you a warm feeling of knowing that you're doing something positive and hopefully it makes a tiny bit of difference to somebody's life somewhere."
