Olney in the north of the county has been placed in the top 10 for The Sunday Times Best Places to Live in the Southeast.
The Newspaper cited its 'old fashioned village charm' and 'quirky' celebrations such as the Duck and Pancake races as a reason for its placing.
Reading and St Albans in our neighbouring counties also made it onto the list.
