The ground floor of a house was left damaged by fire in Aylesbury.
Firefighters were called to Finmere Crecent on Thursday afternoon after the fire broke out under the stairs of a two storey house.
The firefighters used:
- Two sets of breathing apparatus
- One hose reel jet
- One covering jet
- A positive pressure ventilation fan was used to clear the smoke
- A thermal imaging camera
- A short extension ladder
- Small gear
The ground floor of the house was around 10 per cent damaged by fire and 100 per cent damaged by smoke.
