Firefighters responded to a kitchen fire in Chesham on Monday.
Crews from Beaconsfield and High Wycombe were sent to Alma Road.
Smoke was issuing from a two-storey house when they arrived.
The firefighters used:
Two sets of breathing apparatus
One hose reel jet
One covering jet
A positive pressure ventilation fan
A thermal imaging camera
They isolated the gas and electricity supply and removed kitchen appliances from the house and into the fresh air.
South Central Ambulance Service also attended.
