Plans to convert a High Wycombe pub have been approved.
Proposed changes to an already-approved plan to create two flats in the annexe of the Masons Arms pub in Saffron Road have been approved.
The council approved the original development in 2021, before Mr Miri of The Masons Arms applied to make amendments to the project in October of last year.
These approved changes include maintaining fire access to the existing first floor flats of the pub and ground floor service areas of the pub because ‘emergency access to the pub must be maintained’.
