Firefighters were called to a house on Embleton Way in Buckingham in the early hours of yesterday morning, due to extreme weather.
It happened at around 1am on Monday 5th September, as the strike damaged the electric circuits and affected multiple outlets in the house.
Fire Crews isolated the electrical consumer unit and left the incident in the hands of the occupants.
