A man will appear in court today charged with assault by beating after a boy was attacked outside a school in Aylesbury.
Police received multiple reports of a man assaulting a child outside St Michael’s Catholic School on Tuesday afternoon.
A 40 year old local man has been charged with one count of assault by beating and is due to appear in court today.
The teenage victim was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
