Przemyslaw Lazar, aged 37, of no fixed abode has been given a suspended prison sentence for breaching an anti-social behaviour injunction in Aylesbury.
He arrested on 14 April this year after he attended the address of one of the victims that his injunction was put in place to protect at Brooks Mews in Aylesbury.
On 14 April, there were reports to police of a disturbance and shouting at an address in Brooks Mews.
Officers attended and located Lazar hiding behind furniture in a bedroom.
He was arrested and charged with breaching the injunction, which is in place until 11 April 2022.
After pleading guilty to breaching the injunction, Lazar was sentenced to six months’ imprisonment, suspended for two years.
The original injunction, which was granted by Milton Keynes Magistrates’ Court on 12 April this year, was in place due to Lazar’s involvement in domestic abuse against two victims in Aylesbury and due to aggressive and violent behaviour towards police officers.
The conditions of the injunction are as follows.
Lazar must not:
Engage in disorderly behaviour, such as shouting, verbal abuse, use foul language or threatening behaviour towards any person, including police officers and employees of the Chief Constable in any public place.
Engage in the use or threatened use of violence of aggressive behaviour towards any person, including police officers and employees of the Chief Constable.
Fail to follow reasonable requests given by police officers or employees of the Chief Constable.
