A man was released from a vehicle following a collision in Leighton Buzzard.
Emergency services were called to Mentmore at just before 5:15pm.
A man had become trapped in one of the vehicles, the firefighters used road traffic collision gear and lighting at the scene. Two dogs were also released from the vehicle by colleagues from Thames Valley Police.
The firefighters also isolated the electricity to the vehicle.
South Central Ambulance Service also attended.
