The are some limitations on who can buy shares. You need to either be:

an existing member or creditor of the Group (you qualify under this category if you hold shares or bonds in any company within the Oakman group);

a high net worth individual (you are likely to qualify as a High Net Worth Investor if you earn more than £100,000 a year or have net assets outside of your primary residence of more than £250,000), or;

a self-certified sophisticated investor (you are likely to qualify as a sophisticated Investor if you have: been a director of a company with a turnover of more than £1m; invested in more than one unlisted company in the past 2 years; you are an investment professional; or been a member of a business angel syndicate or network for at least 6 months)
