Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses following an assault in Thame.
At around 3.50pm on Monday (17/5) a teenage girl, was walking through the alleyway next to Hazel Avenue towards Cuttle Brook Nature Reserve when she was approached by two girls.
They grabbed the victim by her hair, punched her in the face and dragged her to the ground where they continued to kick and stamp on her. They then left the scene.
A 15-year-old girl and a 16-year-old girl, both from Buckinghamshire, were arrested on suspicion of assault thereby occasioning actual bodily harm. They have been released on police bail.
Police appealing for anyone who may have information about this assault to please come forward, and anyone who might have video footage of the assault to also share it with them.

It's due to an accident involving a car and a lorry at the Tesco Roundabout (11/7). There are lane closures in place on the approach to the High Street, with delays likely to continue while emergency services deal with the incident.
