Wendover Parish Council says its wotking with local police to tackle a rise in anti-social behaviour.
Councillors say that some groups of young people have been spotted with tools such as screwdrivers and power tools like electric drills to cause vandalism.
One incident was the screws had been made to stick out of a picnic bench in Witchell Meadow, which could have resulted in a bad injury.
Beer barrels, road signs and cones have been stolen and placed around the Parish.
