A 27-year-old man remains in hospital with a bleed on the brain after being violently assaulted and knocked unconscious in Aylesbury in the early hours of Sunday morning.

A second victim of the assault, a man aged 20, also required hospital treatment for bruising and swelling after being punched in the face.

At approximately 3.30am on Sunday 12th December, the two victims left the Mirage night club in Buckingham Street when there was an altercation with another group that turned violent.
