The man died after being attacked on the Canal path on Monday.
The organisations CEO Richard Parry has released a statement confirming it was one of his team, and paid tribute to the man who died.
He is also backing the investigation and asking anyone who may know any information to come forward to the police.
It comes after a man was murdered in broad daylight on the Grand Union Canal path near Broughton.
Police in Aylesbury launched a murder investigation after the man was assaulted, and later died of his injuries despite the best efforts of officers and paramedics. His next of kin has been informed and are being supported by Family Liaison Officers.
Police are now asking for any witnesses to establish what happened at around 12.20pm on Monday afternoon near to Bridge 14 on the canal path.
On Monday, a 41-year-old woman from Birmingham was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender and perverting the course of justice.
And on Tuesday, a 34-year-old man of no fixed abode was arrested in the early hours of this morning on suspicion of murder.
Police continue to appeal to anyone with any information to contact the force by calling 101, or visiting the Thames Valley Police website, quoting investigation reference number 845 (26/4).
